Services Covered by Insurance
TMS and Spravato are covered by most major insurance plans, including UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, and Medicare. Our team handles prior authorization so you don’t have to. Call us or click below to verify your benefits before your first appointment.
TMS Therapy
Covered by most major insurance plans (UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, Medicare). Subject to your deductible, copay, and coinsurance. A cash-pay option is also available — see rTMS below.
Spravato® (Esketamine)
FDA-approved and covered by most major insurance plans. Prior authorization required — our team handles this on your behalf.
$0 cost with Janssen’s WithMe program for eligible patientsrTMS & Accelerated TMS
rTMS and our insurance-covered TMS run on different machines and protocols. rTMS remains available as a cash-pay option, and Accelerated TMS is a self-pay intensive completed in about one week.
IV Ketamine Infusion Pricing
IV Ketamine is a self-pay service. All sessions are administered in-clinic under medical supervision. Payment is due at time of service. We accept major credit cards and CareCredit.

All IV infusions are administered in-clinic under medical supervision. No referral required. Sessions are available same-day for most services. Custom formulas available on request — ask your provider which infusion best supports your goals.
